Loyalty and Marketing Automation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and motivated marketing automation, CRM and loyalty marketing professional to join our growing Retention Marketing team at Cactus.
In this role you will be responsible for aiding in the development of retention and personalization strategies, and implementing the supporting tactics across Cactus clients. This will range from execution of a high cadence of email campaigns, in-app and in-browser messaging, SMS, A/B testing, customer database segmentation, reporting on retention marketing KPIs, and helping to grow and expand the agency’s retention capabilities. Experience in the lottery industry, or on fast-moving retail products is preferred.
Our ideal candidate comes with experience executing retention marketing tactics across a variety of client-types, with experience in multiple CRM, CDP and ESPs, and ideally with experience in the Braze platform. Increasing customer engagement, improving retention will be key measures of success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, customer relationship management, and data analysis, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

$60,000 - $70,000Location:
