Jr. Producer
Cactus is looking for a talented Junior Producer to join our team. The Junior Producer will assist on video, radio, television, and integrated productions. Junior Producers ensure the timely, efficient, cost-effective production of projects from creative briefing through final wrap.
Salary:
$60,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience.Location:
This is a Denver based role with a hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days WFH schedule.Employee Benefits

Maintain a thorough understanding of the agency’s capabilities, services, resources and processes.
Stay current on industry and technological trends. Be a valued, knowledgeable, reliable and trusted resource to internal and external clients.
Assist in the preparation of accurate production estimates. Plan the production process required to fulfill scope and deliverables on time and on budget.
Source and competitively bid all outsourced production; identify best creative partners for each project; make recommendations to internal team; create accurate production estimates for client approval; execute contractual agreements; proactively manage production budgets; process invoices, maintain proper documentation for job wrap.
Be mindful of, and appropriately research any potential legal issues including copyright or trademark infringement.
Cultivate the creative vision throughout the production process. Be a provider of innovative solutions.
Develop and maintain a professional relationship with quality vendors, resources and partners.
Lead and manage various small to mid-size video post production phases of a project.
Lead and manage all radio projects.
Identify detailed production specs for deliverables. Verify deadlines and creative rotations.
Supports Senior producers with production elements as needed.
This is a growth position with the opportunity to move into a more independent producer role.
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience
BA/BS in a related field of study
Competent technical understanding of production, post-production, broadcast and digital deliverables and associated topics
Passion for the industry
Excellent planning, organizing and time management skills.
Basic Understanding non-union guidelines, talent negotiations and contracts.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Organized and strong work ethic
Experience with Monday.com (preferably) or other project management software, Microsoft Office suite, Mac computer systems and Keynote
Demonstrated ability remain fearless, stay nimble, work both collaboratively and independently
