Designer

The Designer will create and execute compelling design solutions across a wide variety of tactical applications in order to meet and exceed our clients’ business objectives. The right individual for this role will have an exceptional portfolio of work that displays superior design ability, original and imaginative ideas and a keen eye for detail, as well as strong knowledge of typography, image manipulation, layout principles, production specifications, and current design software.

Salary:

$55k - $72k commensurate with experience

Location:

This is a Denver based role with a hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days WFH schedule.

Job Roles

Design, version, and resize creative materials based on established design language, executing materials including digital, social, web, email, POS, OOH, print, etc.
Develop outstanding original design solutions, both individually and in partnership with others
Apply strategic insights in ways that solve assignments with creative ingenuity
Accomplish a wide range of assignments with overlapping timelines and complexities, including logo design and brand guidelines, packaging, design for social and digital interfaces, UI design, collateral systems, print, and non-traditional tactics
Design and organize presentation decks for internal and client needs
Create comps for agency portfolio, case studies, and PR
Perform image retouching and color correction on print and digital images
Prepare materials for production; build production mechanicals
Present work, both internally and to clients

Qualifications

2-5 years experience in marketing design required; advertising agency experience highly preferred
A talent for creative problem-solving and the ability to continually generate original ideas and visual concepts
A strong understanding of marketing design and layout, typography, image manipulation, illustration, and animation
Skilled knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Keynote, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Figma or After Effects is preferred but not required
A passion for advertising and commercial art
The resilience to perform under pressure, take and apply feedback well, and deliver high quality work within tight deadlines
