Account Supervisor

Cactus is looking for a client Account Supervisor with broadcast production and integrated campaign development experience. Retail, CPG and/or gaming experience is preferred. The Account Supervisor will work closely with both the client and the agency team members to develop integrated campaigns that achieve the client’s desired business objectives. The AS has a deep understanding of its clients’ brand, business, industry and competition and manages the overall strategic direction and agency relationship with the account. The AS will support Cactus’ mission and vision of creating meaningful campaigns that make a huge impact and bring a powerful voice to brands that matter.

Salary:

$85,000 - $104,000

Location:

This is a Denver based role with a hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days WFH schedule.

Job Roles

Serves as a key day-to-day contact with mid to senior-level clients and agency partners.
Manages a large cross-functional team, inspiring and motivating them to deliver best-in-category campaigns, developing truly integrated campaigns (broadcast, social, digital, point-of-sale, print, etc.).
Knows clients’ brand, business, industry, and competition. Is a valued, knowledgeable, trusted resource and confidant to clients.
Deep understanding of broadcast television and radio production process. Can speak intelligently about process to clients, internal teams and vendors.
Opportunity to work as a mentor and/or direct manager to more junior team members to support their development.
In constant communication with Account Director about campaign / project status.
Works with strategy and project management teams to develop project briefs and schedules. Manages all projects to ensure they launch on time and budget. Works to find and build new best practices for the agency.
Effective at pitching creative, strategy, thinking and new work/projects to clients.
Has an expert understanding of the agency’s capabilities, services, resources and processes.
Maintains the highest level of customer support in a proactive, positive and productive manner.
Overnight travel and after-hours work required traveling to shoots.

Qualifications

5-8 years of relevant full-service advertising agency experience managing marketing projects and budgets.
Retail, CPG and/or gaming experience preferred.
Broadcast TV and Radio production experience.
BA/BS degree in relevant field of study.
Thrives in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Proven team leader, motivator, innovator and problem solver.
