Account Manager

Cactus is looking for an Account Manager to serve primarily as a communicator and executor, supporting the agency and its clients through managing projects, collaborating with team members, and helping coordinate team operations, processes, and finances. The AM has a deep understanding of their clients' brand, business, industry and competition and helps manage the overall strategic direction and agency relationship with the account.

Salary:

$55,000-$69,000 commensurate with experience

Location:

This is a Denver based role with a 3 day in office, 2 day WFH schedule.

Job Roles

Serve as a key day-to-day contact with mid-level clients and agency partners.
Possess an understanding of clients' brand, business, industry, and competition, becoming a valued, knowledgeable, and trusted resource to clients.
Proactively identifies and shares relevant industry news and competitive activity with the internal team and client, beginning to form a point of view.
Work closely and cooperatively with strategy, communications and creative teams to execute flawless deliverables.
Support projects in accordance with agency workflow and keep constant communication with the internal team about campaign/project status.
Attain a thorough understanding of the agency's disciplines, capabilities, services, resources and processes.
Communicate with clients for approvals, feedback, revisions, etc. to keep projects on schedule, relay information to internal teams quickly and thoroughly.
Secure client authorization for all services and expenditures before initiating work
Lead account administrative functions such as status maintenance, invoice submission, meeting notes, etc.

Qualifications

2-4 years of relevant agency experience managing marketing projects and budgets
BA/BS degree in relevant field of study
Thrives in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Proven team collaborator and problem solver with high attention to detail and ability to multi-task
